What are Syncles?
Syncles, or synthetic vesicles, are hollow membrane-bound nanoparticles structurally analogous to lipid vesicles (liposomes)—the most widely FDA-approved nanoparticles to date.
What makes Syncles unique?
Unlike liposomes, which are composed of naturally-occurring lipids, Syncles are made from entirely synthetic (non-lipid) components. thus allowing for significantly greater structural control and versatility.
